Position: Operations Executive – LATAM department

Amphitrion Prisma is our core DMC entity, currently looking to expand our Operations team in our Athens (Argyroupoli) office and seeking Operations executives with focus on our LATAM market.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to incoming requests by creating timely proposals covering all requirements and detailed quotations in Portuguese and/or Spanish.
  • Handling all client & supplier communications in a professional manner with attention to detail
  • Converting incoming leads and meeting management targets
  • Planning, coordinating and booking all necessary aspects of programs including accommodation, F&B, transportation, activities
  • Handling last minute changes swiftly and accurately
  • Maintaining and strengthening relationships with both clients & suppliers to ensure smooth running of projects
  • Delivering excellent customer service both in office and on-site
  • Travelling if required to event site
  • Maintaining booking records, quotations and reports
  • Researching and keeping up to date with all destination developments in order to offer best possible solutions to clients

Skills required:

  • Fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish & proficiency in English and/or Greek. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Creative and independent thinking, responsible attitude
  • Understanding of the nature of work in Tourism and ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office

Position: Cruise Sales Executive – Cruise department

Amphitrion Prisma our core DMC entity, representing a number of high-end cruiselines in the Greek market, is currently looking to expand our Cruise department in our Athens (Argyroupoli) office and seeking Cruise Sales executives.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to incoming requests, converting incoming leads to bookings and meeting management targets
  • Handling all client & supplier communications in a professional manner with attention to detail
  • B2B proactive sales to agencies for the Cruiselines we represent in the Greek market
  • Maintaining and updating B2C cruise booking engine
  • Maintaining and strengthening relationships with both clients & suppliers to ensure smooth running of projects
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Travelling if required to promote cruise department
  • Maintaining booking records, quotations and reports
  • Liaising with Communications for marketing support
  • Researching and keeping up to date with all cruise industry developments in order to offer best possible solutions to clients

Skills required:

  • 5 years real experience in a similar position or tour package sales. Prior experience particularly in cruise sales not strictly required, but strong additional asset.
  • Fluency in English and Greek. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • University or higher education degree will be considered an additional asset.

Position: Professional Coach Driver

Luxury Transportation Services (LTS) is based in Athens and covers corporate or personal ground transportation needs in Greece  providing services of the highest quality with a focus on safety and reliability. We are seeking candidates to cover driver positions for our company-owned fleet of tour coaches ranging from 20 to 60 seats.

 

Candidate profile:

Experienced driver with professional attitude, polite and well-mannered, with an understanding of the tourism industry, the importance of safety and excellent client service.

Skills & certifications required:

  • Valid driver’s license Category D with clean driving record.
  • Professional Competence Certificate (Π.Ε.Ι.).
  • Digital tachograph card.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a tour coach driver.
  • Working knowledge of applicable sanitation standards.
  • Good working knowledge of English and Greek.

Internships

Amphitrion Prisma is our core DMC entity, offering mainly incoming tourism services supported by the group’s owned fleet of taxis and coaches. We offer two 5-month internship positions annually exclusively for Tourism industry students, based at our Athens (Argyroupoli) Headquarters.

Internship duration is from March to July and continued with paid position up to October of the same year. Cooperation may be continued depending on performance and company needs.

 

Candidate profile:

Successful candidates will be fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills. A working proficiency in French, Spanish or Portuguese will be considered a strong additional asset.

Proficiency in Microsoft office is required along with organizational skills and attention to detail.
